Rigardt has a keen interest in companies and how they operate in today’s business environment. Observing how the financial elements of a company can’t function without the proper building blocks and legal mechanisms in place, he decided that he wanted to pursue a career where he would be exposed to the best of both worlds. With this in mind, he completed a Bachelors of Commerce – as well as a law degree. Understanding the financal aspects of corporate structures combined with a law degree, Rigardt is well placed to advise clients in aspects of corporate and commercial law.

Rigardt has 4 years experience in a corporate law firm, where he specialized in property, commercial and aspects of mining law. After moving on from the law firm, he has been focused on commercial law as an in-house legal advisor. He has advised companies on and drafted documents relating to international sale agreements, international tax law, corporate governance, corporate structures and company policies.
